GYCOM manufactures microwave windows in the frequency range from 20 to 200 GHz . The following materials are used for microwave windows:

• BN - pyrolytic boron nitride
• AlN - aluminum nitride
• Al₂O₃ - alumina ceramics
• CVD - artificial diamond

Bore diameter of the manufactured energy outputs: from 10 to 130 mm
